Passengers Philip and Jean Cook descend the stairs to be greeted by the smiling (cabin attendant) Annie Jostons.
Annie is the perfect example of a the wonderful, kind and empathetic crew member who contributed to the successful outcome of QF32. She exemplifies the Qantas values and beliefs that every employee aspires to and holds proud. Thanks Annie from your fellow 468 passengers and crew!
